    Hi guys

    I have built some sliders on Layerslider WP. These are working fine, but I haven’t been able to edit them recently.
    Pictures are replaced with a broken picture icon.

    Also when previewing the sliders I only see the transitions and not the content.

    I even purchased and downloaded Layerslider itself today, but that doesn’t seem to have made a difference either.

    Any advice please?

    Hi,

    I’m not sure why that is happening, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Sorry fairly new to WP.

    How can I do this safely and without losing any content that I have set up in the theme or on the website/database?

    Hi,

    You can use the export function both in WordPress and the theme options to keep your data. There are lots of other backup services available as well, a search for it will most likely give you a lot of options/results.
