Hello, since a few days my website does not display the sliders through the block “Advanced Layer Slider” How can I fix it?
From WordPress, they advise me to install Enable jQuery Migrate Helper and not to do anything else but the problem persists.
The webpage is: https://adalianature.com and right at the beginning there is a slide that you can’t see.
I need help with this.Thank you very much.

September 19, 2020 at 4:28 am #1246965Hey descomes,
You are getting error messages from the Contact Form 7 plugin, please try to disable that to see if it changes anything. If not then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

RikardOctober 7, 2020 at 11:36 am #1251105Hello again,
I have disabled the Contact Form 7 plugin and the transitions still do not go.
From the WordPress forum they tell me that the error may be in the update of Kreatura Slider Plugin, which is the plugin installed in Enfold to create these transitions. But I don’t understand much about this topic and I don’t know how to update it or if that is the real problem.
On the other hand, they tell me that I might not have updated the theme but if I enter the Enfold Administration panel – Theme Update tells me that I have the latest version (4.7.6.3) but they tell me that the last one is 6.11.2.
I leave below the data to access as administrator to see if you can help me to solve the problem.
Thank you very much.
October 8, 2020 at 8:06 am #1251326Hi,
Thanks for the update and login details. I activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, and I can see your slider after that. Could you try checking and verifying on your end as well please? If you can’t see any difference then please try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 8, 2020 at 9:46 am #1251358Hello,
I’ve checked and I still can’t see the slider, in incognito mode or anything.
In addition, when accessing the administration panel it tells me that I must update Enfold to the latest version and when I have tried to update, WordPress prevents me and returns an error message.
I do not understand anything…
October 8, 2020 at 1:46 pm #1251422Hello again,
Wordpress has just sent me an e-mail confirming that there is some problem related to Enfold. I cannot look at anything because the website does not allow me to enter the administration panel.
October 9, 2020 at 7:07 am #1251637Hi,
Thanks for the update. Please try to rename the WordPress plugin folder in order to disable all plugin, and make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on the server.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 10, 2020 at 11:11 am #1251841Hello again.
First, remember that I cannot access the WordPress administration panel after WordPress notified me that there was a critical error related to Enfold.
Secondly, I have accessed my files from Plesk, I have renamed the plugins folder as you indicated and there are no changes on the website. I still can’t access ANYTHING on my website.
Thirdly, I’ve accessed my hosting logs and the problem the website is experiencing these days is as follows:
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘config-templatebuilder/config.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’) in /var/www/vhosts/adalianature.com/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 686
I have located line 686 of that file and it tells me this:
require_once( ‘config-templatebuilder/config.php’ ); //templatebuilder plugin
What do I have to do? I don’t have much knowledge of code and I don’t dare to take one more step without you indicate me something, because it is evident that the problem comes from the Enfold theme. Neither have I wanted to rename the Enfold themes folder so that WordPress will select another theme and my website will suffer some changes that I will not be able to change until I have a solution to the problem.
I hope they give me an answer because I am lost and neither WordPress nor my hosting will take care of the problem. They refer me to you.
Thank you very much in advance.

Thanks for the update. Could you share FTP login details with us in private so that we can have a closer look please?

RikardOctober 13, 2020 at 12:11 pm #1252518Hello,
I will manage it to give you access via FTP.
Which directories would you need to access?
A greeting. Thank you.
October 13, 2020 at 8:17 pm #1252599I am desperate!
I can’t get anything done on the website and WordPress, if you let me go into debug mode it tells me that there is something wrong with the theme.
How can I fix it? Tell me how to give you access via FTP.
Could it be a solution to install an older version of the theme or to install the theme from Plesk?
Thank you!
October 14, 2020 at 9:27 am #1252706Hi,
Thanks for the update. We would need access to the whole WordPress installation via FTP, if possible.
If you have a backup of the site then it might be a good idea to restore the site using that. You can then copy the site to a staging area, so that we can have a look at the problem there, instead of on your live site.
Best regards,
Rikard -
