Hi, I hope you can help.
I can’t get Layerslider to work on iOS. The slider was working fine when I used Fullscreen Slider but since changing to Layerslider it won’t show at all in iPad/iPhone. It works fine on desktop Chrome/Safari etc…
Also, I had Fullscreen Slider sitting behind the semi-transparent header. I can’t get this to work at all with Layerslider which sits below the header rather than under it (I’ve disabled it for now but the client REALLY wants that effect).
Any help really appreciated as this needs to go live as soon as possible.

Login credentials do not seem to work for me John. Please make sure that you have not chose to hide slider on mobile – http://i.imgur.com/fi23Ke0.png

I created a private page called “Test page”. Please review that page. Please make sure to add LayerSlider to your page using Advanced LayerSlider element under Media Elements. I wanted to check your homepage but another user was editing it so did not want to take over.
Cheers!
YigitJanuary 22, 2015 at 4:58 pm #383770Thanks Yigit. I’m trying to make the header transparent with the layerslider sitting in behind it. I had it working before but because it sopped working when I hanged to Layerslider I turned the transparency options off.
I’m looking for the effect at the bottom of these examples – the purple one – http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold
I’ve tried everything and can’t get it to work.
Thanks,

Can you please click on “remove frame” firstly and then post the link? You can also post a screenshot. You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.

Please click this “remove frame” button here – http://i.imgur.com/vugybyP.png?1
I could not see the example you would like to show. Please remove the frame then copy the linkRegards,
YigitJanuary 22, 2015 at 8:26 pm #383966Ah, I get what you mean. See it here – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/headers/
It;s the bottom example. All I want is that the slider goes behind the header strip containing the logo. I can then make the header 50% transparent and make it stay visible when scrolling.
Thanks!
January 22, 2015 at 9:23 pm #384001Hey!
Have you checked test page i created on http://www.YOURDIMAIN.com/test-page/ ? Header is transparent on that page and you should only go to Enfold theme options > Header > Header Behaviour and check “Sticky header” and adjust menu item colors in Enfold theme options > Header > Transparency Options.
Cheers!
YigitJanuary 22, 2015 at 9:53 pm #384033Hi Yigit, I thought I had checked it earlier but must have clicked the wrong link. That’s exactly what I’m trying to do. How did you get the slider in behind the header?
Thanks,

Please edit your page and change Header Visibility under Layout section on the right side – http://i.imgur.com/ceBxkxa.png

Thanks,
JohnJanuary 22, 2015 at 11:25 pm #384089Hi Yigit, that’s almost exactly what I am trying to achieve. When I did it earlier with the Fullscreen Slider the top header bar was transparent but dark. It allowed you to choose like a 50% black overlay so whether it was a dark or a light image below the logo, links and social icons always showed up. If you look now you’ll see that the option of Transparent and Glassy header is actually a see through white colour.
Sorry for being a pain. I really appreciate the help.
JohnJanuary 23, 2015 at 5:38 pm #384466Hi, I would be really grateful for an update so that I can have this sorted for the weekend?
Thanks,

I added custom CSS code to bottom of Quick CSS field. Please review your website now.

YigitJanuary 23, 2015 at 6:46 pm #384530Absolutely first class Yigit! One tiny thing and then I promise to leave you alone! The line under the links in the header was red and now it’s white. Is there any way to get it back to red? #a81010 if you can?
Really sorry for the hassle.
JohnJanuary 23, 2015 at 6:49 pm #384537Hey!
No worries at all :)
Please add following code to Quick CSS as well#top .header_color.av_header_transparency .avia-menu-fx { background: #a81010; }
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 23, 2015 at 6:51 pm #384540Absolutely brilliant! I’ll be using Enfold for a lot of upcoming projects as the theme is great and the support is fantastic.
Have a great weekend.
All the best,
John -
