My website was working fine, then I did a theme update and updated the WordPress version and now my Layer Slider will not save. It gives an internal server error message.
I have:
1. uninstalled all the plugins
2. increased the WordPress daily limit
3. cleared my browser history
….nothing works.
I have created a guest user profile for the site – please see below in the Private Content section…

It must be something wrong with that specific slider you have. I created a new one and it’s saving fine. Not sure what it could be.
I would try creating a new one and once you have it completed you can delete the old one.

Hi Elliot,
So I rebuilt the slider from scratch as a new slider and when I got to slide 4 its started giving the same error and wont save. Please login again and see what is going wrong.

I would try Josue’s suggestion in that thread. If that’s not working then it would probably be best to contact the LayerSlider support to see if they have any idea on what it could be.
