Hi, I have spent most of the day messing with text layout on the LayerSlider only to come to the conclusion that it does not work:
I have a number of logos appearing on the slider (13 logos timed to come in on top of each other after 5000ms_ – they work OK.
I then want text next to each logo – each has the same delay as the matching logo. (because each text line has different lengths, I need to also enter a time for “Show until” so the text disappears before the next comes into view (otherwise I could have a longer text behind shorter text).
However, when i start entering “Show until” the first couple work and then the timings seem to have a mind of their own. What I think should be 19500ms is displaying until about 65,000ms
Has anyone else had similar problems? It’s driving me nuts!

It looks like you have around 17 text layers and you have each one set to around 5 seconds so I would imagine the slide should be set to around 85000 ms. It appears to be working correctly. You just need to add up all of the milliseconds your using for all of the layers and use that value for the slide duration. Make sure you count the transition durations values as well as the delays you have set.

ElliottFor the “public” – I think i solved my own issue by revisiting the slider on a new day …
I presumed the “Show until” timing started at the beginning of the slide so you had to add up all previous layer timings to get the time you wanted the layer to finish.
It would seem the Show until is from when the actual layer comes into view. Have contacted LayerSlider for their demo files to see if I can take a look and learn a bit more as there is very limited documentation on this. Have suggested Enfold also make the demo slides available too.H
