    Hi,
now we are using the LayerSlider. When I export a slider, I can’t import the zip-file on another installation. Also opening the zip-file locally doesn’t work. Do you have any idea?

    Thanks and kind regards
    Uli

    Hey Uli,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

We cannot reproduce the issue on our local installation, so it is likely a plugin conflict or an issue with a custom script. Please temporarily disable all plugins and try exporting one of the slides. Let us know the result.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,
we tried it on a different installation and it worked. I was able to export the sliders. Obviously the problem is the web server configuration. Thanks for your support anyway.

    Kind regards

    Uli
