Having a strange issue with this site:
http://performance.rampantimaginations.com/Where the layer slider text fades, but comes back quickly before switching to the next slide. Shouldn’t do that, and don’t have any kind of extra transition defined to make this happen.
Send me an email address or other method to provide access to the control panel if you want to get in and take a look.
Appreciate any help you can provide.

Make sure that you have the transition out set for those items. That controls how the items fade out, the length of the transition etc. At the very least I believe the duration should be set the same for all elements to exit and transition.

DevinMarch 20, 2014 at 11:22 am #240634Hey Devin,
Thanks for the tip. Sadly, this didn’t work for me. First off, I think I have a different version of the layerslider than you do, mine doesn’t look quite like that. However, I do have the transition out duration set to 5000 for both layers (one for the block on the top, one for the block on the bottom). I also made sure that the delay setting was the same on both slides in the transition out section (0). The animation remains unchanged, and I still see the flicker.Any other ideas?
Let me know if you want to take a look behind the scenes, I can send you some user creds if you provide me with an email address.

March 23, 2014 at 11:16 pm #241871You need to update your theme version to 2.6+ in that case since it shipped with the most recent version of LayerSlider.
March 23, 2014 at 11:21 pm #241873Hello,
I updated the theme this morning, and soft launched the site. You can see it here: http://www.performanceindustrial.com/
Sadly, after the update, I still see the issue on the home page slider, where the text appears/disappears (good), but then flickers briefly again before the next slide loads (bad).
Any other suggestions?
**** UPDATE ****
Some one closed the ticket, but I still have the issue. Can the person who said they fixed it with the easing options provide more information? Also – how to I reopen a ticket?
I am still having this issue, and could really use some help to understand how it was resolved. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

March 27, 2014 at 7:38 am #243673Hey!
Which OS do you use? I can’t reproduce the issue with Win8 and Chrome/FF/IE: http://www.screenr.com/40SN
Maybe try to deactivate all browser extensions to make sure that the effects/animations are not affected by the extensions.Best regards,
PeterMarch 27, 2014 at 12:38 pm #243787It happens on the following devices / OS platforms:
– Windows 7
– Mac OSX
– iPad iOS 7
– iPhone iOS 7April 2, 2014 at 4:02 pm #246583Hi Guys,
checking in to see if you have an update for me. I tried disabling all the plugins, issue still remains. Any other ideas?April 4, 2014 at 7:22 pm #247593Hey!
I’m not getting the issue on my end at all with Chrome, FF, IE on Windows 7. I’m not sure what else we can do without actually being able to see the issue on our end.
