    Hi

    Several slides in my LayerSlider slideshow aren’t following my settings. For example for one of them I’ve set the transition time to 3000 but it takes much longer than this. And other slides aren’t following the transition style I’ve set (fade from right).

    Please can you help.

    Hi stevewturnbull!

    Your most likely setting the transition “Duration” when you want to use the “Delay” option. When you hover over the option it will tell you exactly what the option does so be sure to read the descriptions.

    If your still having trouble then deactivate all plugins and send us a WordPress login and then take a screenshot highlighting exactly what your trying to do.

    Hi Elliott,

    Thanks. But I’m referring to the Slide Options > Duration setting. Not the Layer Transition settings (where there’s a Delay option)?

    How do I deactivate plugins? (Sorry I’m still new to all this!)

    Hey!

    in your WordPress Backend click on Plugins->highlight all plugins->in dropdown menu choose “deactivate”. See screenshot:
