I just purchased the theme and my purchase number is 1fa6a8e1-3af2-445f-9f1f-8637f0f5a536. However, when I enter it and click the Activate Now button, I get this message “Your license key appears to be invalid. Please take special care to enter it correctly without accidentally including spaces or other additional characters. Please note, you can’t activate LayerSlider with your theme’s purchase code. This can also be a temporary issue in our services. In that case please try it again in a few hours.” I recall something like this happening in the past when I’d purchased this theme for another client. I did a demo import of the 2017 demo. It does warn me that I’m running an outdated version of the LayerSlider plugin, however I can’t update it without activating it which isn’t working. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The LayerSlider is bundled with theme, so you can’t register it. If you want to do that then you need to purchase and install the standalone plugin.

RikardI don’t want to register it. It’s just not working because it’s outdated and it’s not letting me update the plugin since it’s not registered. The slider in the demo didn’t import when I did the demo import and I was hoping to use it as a base to customize the homepage slider for my own site. I tried importing a slider but that’s where I ran into the issue of not being able to because the plugin isn’t registered. Not sure why the demo slider didn’t import though.
