    Having updated to V1.8.4, I no longer have the ability to rename individual layers of a slide. When I click into the layer name field, I cannot highlight, manipulate or change the layer name. I’ve tried adding a new slide to the list, new layers to a slide and still can’t change the layer name. I’ve also disabled all plugins but the problem persists. Am I missing something??

    I have the same problem. I reinstalled the theme and nothing happen. I need that solution.

    Thanks for the notice. I reported it to Kriesi. Unfortunately this is not a theme bug which we can fix on our end but it seems like the LayerSlider plugin authors removed this feature in the latest version of LayerSlider (v4.6.0) which is bundled with Enfold 1.8.x. I can reproduce the issue with any other theme (like TwentyTwelve) too.

    I can’t tell you if they removed it intentional or if this is a plugin bug but I’ll ask Kriesi to contact them.

    I have contacted the author and its indeed a bug. the next layerslider update will fix the problem ;)
