layerslider problem

Thanks for giving us admin access.
The first problem I saw was there was 4 test home sliders which are empty, I tried to remove the 3 but it removed all.
Then I imported Enfold ReImagined slider and though it was imported properly but seems to have some bug with the id.
The next one I observed is there are 2 enfold themes, this sometimes cause issues.
Can you try doing this procedure to update (make sure to have a backup first):
1. Switch to a default wordpress theme like twentynineteen
2. Delete the 2 Enfold themes
3. Upload the latest version of Enfold (enfold.zip) then set it as the active theme again.

The answer was:

My db user didn’t have the permissions to creat tables. So the layer slider plugin couldn’t create its tables. All is good after I gave the permsissions and re-activated the plugin

I tried to use MySQL workbench to access your database but I can’t connect (ftp works), what application do you use to access the database?

I can’t seem to connect using the application I mentioned.
Do you use phpmyadmin via cpanel? can you give us access with it? just change the password once this is resolved.

Thanks for providing us the access.
I was able to fix the layerslider table, the id was not set as primary key and auto-increment.
I tried importing the Enfold Reimagined Layerslider and it’s working fine now.
You can change the password now and let us know if you need further assistance.
