Dear Support Team,
I created a website using Enfold and LayerSlider. The LayerSlider works quite ok on all browsers except Safari. Since the menu is designed to work on the background color of the Video the Video needs to start or show right away.
Please check the site and tell me what to change in the settings / how to make it work in Safari. Also maybe there is a workaround using a backup image that is only show on safari before the video starts.
The Video is already set as background in the slider and muted as described in some threads as workaround.

I can’t see any difference on my end when comparing between Firefox and Safari. Please let us know the steps and requirements to reproduce the problem that you are seeing on your end.

thanks for your support. I created a screen recording. As you can see the video loads without the background videos. Only if I actively click in the video the video is loaded fully. Please advise.

I don’t know how to reproduce it. I am on a MacBook Pro M4 using Safari 26.1.
Once I open the page it is exactly as in the screenecording I posted as private Link.I need to actively click into the browser for the video to start.
I already cleared the cache of the browser and the WordPress.Please advise
