    Hi all

    I have about 50+ sites running Enfold. I have checked several sites and they all have the issue of the Layerslider not updating (again). Any suggestions please? I do not want to download and reinstall the theme on all the sites. Will this be fixed with an upcoming Enfold Theme update?

    The bundled LayerSlider only updates when the theme updates.

    Right now, it shows LayerSlider 6.7.1 is active (released 3/5/2018). 6.7.5 was released on 5/16/2018, and the current version available for LayerSlider is 6.7.6 released 5/22/2018. Version 4.4.1 of Enfold was released on 6/4/2018

    When are Enfold updates locked down for release? Enfold 4.4 was released 5/22/2018. I can understand it not having LayerSlider 6.7.6 since it was released the same day, and maybe even 6.7.5 since it was released about a week earlier. However, it seems like it would have been reasonable to include 6.7.5 update, at least, in the the 4.4.1 Enfold release? And possibly even the current 6.7.6.

    What would help is some guidance as to how tight the update inclusion window is from LayerSlider to Enfold.

    And, yes, I’ve read the documentation, and am aware I can just buy a standalone LayerSlider so it updates, but then i have to remove the bundled one and transfer sliders.

    Hi cartop,

    We use the current one when we start developing a new release, to add new code just before a release would be way to risky.
