Hello,
The LayerSlider on my home page is not showing. The preview within LayerSlider is not working either. I’m trying to stay away from recreating the slider itself, but I’ve deactivated and activated plugins and recreated the home page. Is there an update needed? Or am I going to have to recreate the slider? I’m running WP 4.3.1 and Enfold 3.3.2 (child theme)
I can send you login creds if you need them.

Try creating a new slider and then build it up slide by slide / layer by layer and keep checking on the frontend to see where it is breaking at. It’s most likely a bad value your using in one of the settings.

September 23, 2015 at 4:25 pm #507968Nope. New slider doesn’t show either, starting with just one image, no layers, or anything. It’s not showing up in preview or front end. The original slider has been working for over a year with no issue. maybe an update conflict?

We were able to figure out that it was an internal thing. The site was working correctly externally, but the computers in the office were unable to load the slider because of a new firewall setting. IT was able to make the change and I’m able to see what I’m doing now. :-) Thanks for your help!
