    Yes, I am aware of that. I have no Mailchimp plugin. I disabled all plugins.
    The theme, on it’s own. is throwing all these errors and breaking everything

    OMG. I found it. There was no mailchimp in use, no signup or subscribe so I was confused. (and this was a site I just took over so had no history)
    Turns out there was some broken mailchimp code in a widget that wasn’t visible…
    OMG! That was much harder than it needed to be. Thanks
