    Hi, my client wants all the text to come up at once on his layerslider. I’ve set all the transitions to zero and switched off the ‘fade’ slider, but it still seems to have a slight lag before text comes up. Then the text stays on for a short time after the next slide background has come up. Please can you help with settings, not sure how to get them to come up all at once and stay together (i.e. text and image come and leave all at the same time)

    Hey andrea,

    On the first slide the text appears directly once the image is loaded, but there is a slight delay when the slides change, is that what you are referring to?

    Yes, that’s right. I want the text to come in with the new image and leave with the old one.

    Hi,

    I don’t see any delay with the layers but if you’re referring to the “short blink” when the slide transitions, that’s quite normal if the transitions or animations are disabled.

    Hi, there is definitely a lag – the text changes noticeably after the image. I want the text to change at the same time as the image. What settings do I need to adjust please, so that the text goes when the image does? And arrives exactly at the same time as the new image?

    I’m having similar issues on another site – there are ‘builds’ and ‘transitions’ and it gets especially messy just before the video – but i only want the slide to change and all the content on it to come up and then leave at once.

    Hi,

    You have to configure the transition or animation if you want the text layer to move with the image. Please post the login details here so that we can play around with the transition settings.

    Thank you, I’ve been playing around with the settings for transition and animation, but can’t get the timings all at once. Please see below for both sites admin. Thanks so much for your help.

    Hi,

    We added a 100ms of fade in and out transition and 4800ms delay to the text layers so that they will animate simultaneously with the background image.
