    Hi,

    I just created a “clean install” of both WP and Enfold with (no active plugins) and the Layer Slider does not transition after I made just a few simple edits to the Demo Slides. These are the only edits I made and then saved.:

    * Slide 1 — Changed the Enfold Logo the small image below it
    * Slide 2 — Edited only the TEXT fields
    * Transition Timing — Changed from 7000 to 4500

    I read the slider documentation and there are no broken images or links I can find., as I did not touch anything else.

    To make it easy, I created an Admin Login for you so you can review if possible.

    Hey garycedar!

    did you clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times afterwards? make sure your host is not using any caching on your server.

    Hi,

    No server cache enabled, no plugins enabled, cleared all browser cache, hard refresh multiple times, tested on 4 different browsers, new WP install, new Enfold install… still same results.

    To do another test… I just installed a fresh download of Enfold from ThemeForest on a new test domain (see Private Content) and I have not touched any settings. Same results. The LayerSlider transitions are not working even on the clean Demo install.

    Can there be an issue with the Enfold ZIP File on ThemeForest? I have also provided WP Admin Login (see Private Content) if you want to login and take a look.

    Hey!

    I just checked the site and the layer slider is working. Make sure that javascript is enabled in your browser.

    Hi,

    Thanks for helping. I checked and Javascript is enabled in all browsers (chrome, ie, firefox, android, iphone) but only slide #1 displays in all… with no transition to slide #2.

    I am testing Enfold on 2 seperate website domain installs, 3 different devices (windows desktop, android, iphone) and with 3 different browsers (chrome, ie, firefox).

    I am a 20 year web developer and can usually figure things out easily, but this one has me stumped. Browser cache is clear, no server cache, javascript enabled, no plugins enabled….

    The odd thing is the test “peview panel” of the LaterSlider plays it just fine… it transitions #1 to #2… But just not in the browsers.

    Hi,

    I still need to figure this issue out so I can move forward, and any help or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.

    ENFOLD DEMO
    Javascript is enabled in all browsers, and I can view the LayerSlider transitions on the “Enfold Demo Website ” (http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/) just fine on all of my devices… chrome, ie, firefox, android, iphone safari.

    TEST WEBSITE
    However I have created 2 clean test website installs and imported the enfold Demo content into both, and the LayerSlider transitions do not work on either website. Here is one of the test sites:

    http://www.idxmedia.com/

    * Clean Install WP, current version
    * Clean Install Enfold, current version
    * No server cache enabled
    * No other plugins installed or enabled
    * I have not touched any settings or edited any content

    QUESTION
    Can you see the slider transitions in different browsers on your computer when looking at my Test Site (http://www.idxmedia.com)?
