    I have a plugin that needs to be updated message, but no plugin in the folder shows that it needs to be updated. after adding a function to functions.php I get the message enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/layerslider.php is reporting an available update. on the updates page.

    On the enfold portion of the website in the theme update section it says
    Theme Updates
    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.5.7)

    So I would think that I would have the latest version of layerslider.php Is there any way to fix this?

    Maybe this is a good thing after googling some more I discovered that the latest version of layerslider does not work with PHP7.2

    The older version seems to work fine.

    I found this in documentation:
    Sometimes the plugin may still show a new update is available after updating Enfold. This is because after we release an update, a new version of the plugin will be released. In such a case please wait for us to release a new version of the theme with the updated plugins.

    Hi,

    Yes, we include a bundle version of layerslider, but it may not always be the latest. If you want the latest and all updates immediately, you have to purchase on you own.
