Hi,
LayerSlider suddenly stopped working on screens higher than 1140 px. It works fine on all mobile devices.
It also works fine on my local computer but doesn’t want to show slides on my host. I also tried to run it on other hosts and it was okay.
Do you have any idea how to fix it?
Thank you.January 19, 2016 at 4:04 am #567551Hey jewsforjesus!
Can you send us a WordPress login so we can take a look? Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.4.7, and that all plugins are deactivated while testing.
Cheers!

Sorry for that.
Details in the private field.January 21, 2016 at 4:54 am #569136Hey!
Hmm, your getting a few javascript errors but I’m not sure why.
Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest to see if that fixes it.
Also add this to your wp-config.php file.
define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );
And turn on WordPress debugging.
Cheers!
ElliottJanuary 21, 2016 at 12:58 pm #569352Hi Elliott,
Thank you for your time.
I installed:
— a fresh copy of Enfold + Enfold Child,
— addeddefine( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );
,
— turned on debugging. Now I can see slides only in Safari.
The rest of browsers as Firefox, FirefoxDeveloperEdition, Opera and Chrome still cannot show any slider.
Waiting for your advise.
Thank you.January 22, 2016 at 4:10 am #569751Hi!
What happens when you turn off cloudflare?

ElliottJanuary 22, 2016 at 11:38 am #569917Hi,
How can I turn cloudflare off and how it can affect on the output of slides for other browsers?
Everything works fine on my local computer.
Best regards.January 22, 2016 at 9:31 pm #570342Hi,
I’ve just installed the copy of the site on the “sandbox” for testing. This is the same host.
It’s working fine on the sandbox with all plugins activated.
You can find login information in the private window to let you compare both installations.
Best regards.January 25, 2016 at 10:30 am #571195Hi Elliott,
Thank you for your help.
Could you please tell what I may to expect? The website is down for a long time because of testing.
If you cannot find the cause of this issue just tell me. I can understand. In this case, I will be thinking how to solve this problem from my side.
But I was asked about the website and what the date when it will be up.
Thank you for understanding and trying to help us.

Well I noticed in your test installation that cloudflare is not loading so I’m guessing that’s where the problem is.
There should be an option in your cPanel for turning it off. If you do not see it then try contacting your hosting provider and they will point it out to you. Try turning it off to see if that gets rid of the javascript errors.
Cheers!

RikardFebruary 2, 2016 at 9:14 pm #576697Hi,
Thank you very much for your support. You were right. The issue was a CloudFlare javascript.
I moved the to another server and asked my hosting provider to turn off CloudFlare.
Now everything is OK.
BTW, could you please think about updating Enfold to work with CloudFlare?
Thank you and best regards.February 2, 2016 at 9:51 pm #576722Hey!
It is not about updating enfold, but more of how cloudflare parses the JS files.
You can always ask cloduflare to not scan some files / exclude them and you can do that to the JS file.
I am sure if not able to install and use it properly you can hire someone to help you out.Cheers!
