    Hi, I have been corresponding with you in the Comments section of Themeforest, and am now opening a ticket as you suggested.

    We have WordPress Multi-site installed on the site, and when we duplicate the site, the LayerSlider does not copy over. You mentioned “What you can do is to copy the “LayerSlider” folder within the enfold/config-layerslider folder and put it into your themes plugins folder. that way you should be able to activate it as a plugin just as any other plugin in that folder.” We did that and it did not work.

    You can see how the Layerslider didn’t copy over? Help please? Thank you!

    Hi lukeskybaker!

    LayerSlider has an export feature you can use for this. Navigate to Dashboard > LayerSlider > All Sliders and there will be a small section near the bottom where you can select the sliders you wish to export and then click on the Export button.

    If you would like us to try and move it into your plugins folder then create a backup first and let us know when your done and we’ll take a look.

    You need to update the Advanced Layer Slider element on the page. Remove it then add it back. Please check: http://test.taxprotectionpartners.com/
