    Hey Guys,

    I’m stumped. I have a slider with three images: When I load the website the first image never shows up (black)

    Then the second one appears and it’s back to normal, all images are good including the first image with the rotation.

    It’s the LayerSliderWP which comes with the theme.

    Andy Helps would be great :)

    Thank you for using the theme!

    I checked the website and the layer slider is working properly. First slide is “Our Products and Services” with the huge truck as background, is that correct?

    That’s the second slider, the first one is a welder with sparks flying.

    Did you see a big black space with a 5 to 6 second delay?

    Hello,

    Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    Deactivated all plugins and ccleaned my cache out on all browsers. check 3 computers, so a black image for the first slide.

    Its only the first round then then image shows, so strange.

    Hi!

    Thank you for using the access.

    I think the problem is the loading speed of the website. The images are not fully optimize like this one for example, http://www.centralmm.ca/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/CENTRAL-SLIDER-SHOP.png, size of the file is 600KB because the file format is PNG which is mainly use for images that needs transparent backgrounds. I tried to resave the file and change the file format to JPG, the file size reduced from 600 to 160KB which can make a huge difference on the loading speed of the website.

    Thanks for giving it a go Ismael.

    I have resized all images and working on faster load speed :)
    It seems much better but not out of the woods yet, I may try cloud flare also.
