Aside from this notice: “This site is not yet authorized to receive plugin updates error”, I also can not view my list of my existing slides (everything else works fine – but I need to change some of the information in an existing slide). I have since followed the advise given within (deactivate/reactivate theme) the layerslider window and the problem persists.
Everything has been updated or was already up to date, plugins deactivated/activated with the problem persisting. Please advise.April 22, 2016 at 7:17 am #619573Hey rmatene,

April 28, 2016 at 5:47 am #623482Sorry about my demanding tone in my previous post, it’s just come to my attention that my reply post for login credentials wasn’t posted, nor was it any way logged in my account….
Again, sincere apologies.April 29, 2016 at 4:26 pm #624622Hi,

JosueApril 30, 2016 at 12:45 pm #624965I know layerslider is working – that’s not my problem. My problem is that I cannot view/see/edit any of my existing slides that i’ve already created…
April 30, 2016 at 2:00 pm #625009Hi,
Can you point which Page contains the LayerSlider slider you want to edit?
Best regards,
JosueApril 30, 2016 at 11:26 pm #625159The homepage… and for reference, it’s the only page that has slides
April 30, 2016 at 11:56 pm #625191Hi,
The Slider in the homepage is not a LayerSlider but an ENfold slider you can edit right in the Page edit screen.
Best regards,
Josue -
