Hello,
We are receiving 3 404 errors relating to our LayerSlider. We just updated to the latest 4.2.6 version. 2 of the errors are for skin.css and 1 is for nothumb.png. It seems like it’s putting the absolute path of the website right in the middle of the file URL? It’s very odd. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,

ChrisMarch 15, 2018 at 7:55 am #927105Hi,
Thanks for that, I see the same thing on my end. It looks like it’s trying to point to a local file: C:/folder/folder/file.ext. Did you transfer the site from a local install? Some of the paths might have been corrupted. Could you try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

I went ahead and re-downloaded and re-uploaded via FTP the theme files. No luck.
Thanks,

Did you transfer the site from your localhost? How did you transfer it? This is the correct directory or url.

We’ve had this site at the same host for 5+ years. Hasn’t moved. All we’ve done over the years is update the theme. We’ve been a long time Enfold user.
Thanks,
ChrisMarch 20, 2018 at 3:27 am #929482Hi,
Thank you for the update. I’m not really sure why that directory is appended to the url.
lsjQuery("#layerslider_3").layerSlider({sliderVersion: '6.6.7', allowFullscreen: false, hideUnder: 479, pauseOnHover: 'disabled', skin: 'v6', globalBGAttachment: 'fixed', navStartStop: false, showBarTimer: true, showCircleTimer: false, skinsPath: 'https://www.cincinnatiwebtec.com/wp-contentC:/Inetpub/vhosts/cincinnatiwebtec.com/'});
Please edit the slider then go to the Slider Settings > Appearance panel. Set the “Skin” to “No Skin”.

IsmaelMarch 20, 2018 at 4:37 am #929494Thank you! That did work. However, we do manage a few other sites with Enfold on it with similar sliders that are producing the same error. Is this a known bug with the Layerslider?
I noticed the Layerslider plugin is a few versions ahead of what you all are packaging in the theme. Any plans to upgrade?
Thanks,

It seems to be unique on your server or installation. We can’t reproduce the issue on our own installations.
Any plans to upgrade?
Yes, we will include the latest version of the plugin if proven stable.

IsmaelMarch 21, 2018 at 8:01 pm #930812I’m having an error with the layerslider too?
I just updated to the latest version of Enfold.
March 21, 2018 at 8:14 pm #930823I fixed it! If anyone else has this issue, just go into your layerslider, open one, save it. Fixed. Errors disappear.
