Hi,
1- When I add layerslider element in my first page, it just shows a blank area in result.
2- In preview mode of my slider, I can see all the elements. But it doesn’t show any of my texts when I put it in a page.
What should I do?Hi Josue,
Please find the address in the private area.> As you may see in the page, the slider is stretched (although I already made a 840 px x 340 px banner in layerslider) and the RTL texts are not visible.

Not sure why the text is not showing correctly. Please create a temporary admin login with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you better.

Plus, please consider that the slider size in the page is completely different than the one I have created. It seems that it has been stretched somehow.

Thank you for info but we can’t access the layer slider panel. Please give us full admin access to the site. Did you set the images as slideshow background? Note that it will stretch the image in order to cover the entire container and may cut off parts of the images to keep its aspect ratio. It works like the background-size: cover property: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_background-size.asp

1. I have changed your level to the Full Admin. You may now check that.
2. About stretching images:
In Slider Setting, I made the slider dimension to 840 x 340 px. So I expect to see a banner with this size.
After that, -as you might see now-, I have uploaded some images for background, and all the images are exactly 840 x 340 px in size. But it is still stretched somehow.Thanks in advance

Check it now, i set a max-width here and now it’s displaying at the desired width.

Thanks, the width is okay now.> But the main problem is still remains. The text layers still are not displaying at all.
You’re right, I forgot to put </p> tag at the end, but when I do, it doesn’t fix anything.
Like this:
I have put this code (with </p> tag)

But I can not see the result in the web page!It seems if I use any html codes in the text field, it will not be shown. (actually I need to align texts in the center and there is no way in Layerslider to do that without using html codes)

Yes, it seems you had moved my texts from text tab to html tab and it works now! :)I didn’t know that I have to put the texts inside the html tab. Thanks again for your help
