    Hello,
I think since an update, we have the problem that the layer slider is no longer the full width of the screen occupies. Until recently, the problem had not yet existed. Was there a change in the update?

    Hi Holger,

Yes, the Layerslider has been updated in the last version, though looking at your site it seems to be stetching full width on my end. Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

in the previous version the pictures were stretched to the full width of the site as you see in the picture. Also the hight doesn’t seem proper. For example the imac in the second picture.

    Hi aB-Agenta,

I made the slider full width on main page. On Preise you should make that image as a background of the slide and not as a layer and then set the “Calculate position from” to sides of the screen and do that on every layer. And the same for other sliders.

Let us know if this was helpful and if you need further assistance please let us know.

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

your suggested solution is not working well. I couldn’t find the setting “calculate position from” though…
The problem is that with the use of the image as a background, the preview of the other layers on the background don’t match up with the result and more important that the result is different on every monitor (with different resolution). I attached two screenshots from different monitors.
Please let us know what we can do to solve that problem.

    Best regards

    Hi Heiko,

If you need your slider be pixel-perfect on such big screens, you have to prepare appropriate images, hi res, hi quality, retina-ready. And of course, images look different on different screens, they might have different color profiles, different settings for brightness and contrast.
Maybe, you should also try fixed size slider, just of a big size, will be normal on laptop, and on huge desktops will stay at a certain size and image will not dilute so much.

If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,
    Victoria
