Hello , Please help.
I’ve check my site with google page speed insight and got notice that need to fix(see attached images)
Then I find solutions and install plugin “Async JS” and enable Load Javascript asynchronously but after that my LayerSlider on homepage disappear.
Could you please help me fix this problem ?
I really need to fix that error “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content” to start google ads.

You will get that error on most pages you put through their test, try http://google.com for instance. If you are looking to speed your site up you can try one or more of these plugins:
GZip Ninja Speed Compression:

We are facing same render blocking issue, and that’s why speed test result is very poor, this is very disappointing to know, a very good theme has these issues, In fact enfold needs to have some plugins which would resolve this and this type of issues.
Enfold needs to have magnification tool as well …. :(

This is not an error, you will get that message on any site which includes CSS and JavaScript in the header, for example: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?hl=en&url=http%3A%2F%2Fbbc.co.uk (you’re scoring higher than the mighty BBC). If you want to increase the speed of your site then please try the plugins I previously posted.
