Hi,
Yesterday I bought Enfold and it looks like a great tool. While experimenting on a test page I encountered two problems that I hope you can help me with.
First, the demo content for Layer Slider doesn’t show up on the page. I just see an empty container with a slight shade around it.
Second, I’d like container to stretch to the sides of the browser window. I’ve experimented with a stretched layout with a max-width ad a stretched layout with a 100% width. I’ve set the layerslider to 100% full-width. Still it stays within the max width.
I’d like to achieve the same effect as in your own onepage-demo.Thanks for any help.

Hmm, not sure what’s going on there. I created a test page and the sliders are working fine on it.
Try deleting your homepage and then create a new one and keep viewing it on the frontend while doing changes to see what could be causing the problem.
Be sure to keep all plugins deactivated while testing.

Will try that. Thanks for your test.
As for the second question that I posed, Was that also solved by just creating a new page and placing the slider again? Or have you done some magic trickery somewhere that I need to know of?Best, Jan

February 19, 2015 at 5:25 pm #399053Hi!
I think it’s a problem in the page. Try creating a new page and add the slider to it and then add your other elements to it and keep checking on the front end to see what is causing the mishap.
If the problem doesn’t appear on your new page then just delete the old page and use the new one.

Thanks, I guess so too. I already promoted your testpage to be the new homepage.
Is there a way how I can close a support request because otherwise you guys are doing extra work ;-)Thanks, Jan
