    Hello

    I bought the theme yesterday to learn that LayerSlider WP is not included but its more of a version that requires a code for updates… kindly advise as when I purchase a theme I dont expect to re-buy its components!

    No theme that comes bundled with a plugin also provides you a separate license for that plugin.

    The marketing material on your theme claims that it has a slider; here is the text from your product (theme) description:

    “Layer Slider Plugin
    The theme comes with the amazingly flexible layer-slider slideshow plugin, which allows you to create stunning 2d and 3d slideshows. PS: You dont need to purchase a 15$ licence for the layer-slider, this cost is already covered when you buy the theme ;)”

    Moreover, your slider can only work if we are forced to download the BBpress plugin and ACTIVATE it?

    Kindly advise.

    The theme comes bundled with it so after the theme is active the LayerSlider plugin shows up on the left hand side of the WordPress admin as LayerSlider WP.

    There is no activating of it required. BBPress, Gravity Forms and WooCommerce are all supported plugin but are not mandatory.

    A typical first time theme installation and activation goes like this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    Alongside LayerSlider the them has a number of other slideshow options available through shortcodes and the drag and drop layout builder.

    I am yet not sure how would an FTP upload is related to the LayerSlider WP.

    In my previous post I copy pasted from your description of product on Themeforest that the Layer Slide Plugin is included which is a $15 of value ; that is included. The plugin can not be updated unless you have the purchase code in … please see picture below..

    The theme has the code for LayerSlider in it, you don’t get a license for the plugin code by itself.

    It updates when the theme updates and not as a standalone.

    So if you are using the theme you have access to LayerSlider as it is bundled with the theme.

    I also bought this theme when I saw the 3D layer slider, if you advertise something and we buy, then what is the extra charge for the 3D effect?
    This is very dishonest, I want my money back.

    Hi,

    Are you referring to the 3D transitions? Those transitions are available by default. There’s no extra charge.
