It says “Not Activated” in backend and upon import of the demo theme the slider doesn’t work on any homepage that uses it. I cannot download any sliders from the template store in the plugin. I have an up-to-date wordpress and theme install and I’m using php 7.
I’m using the child theme provided with the enfold theme, could that be it?

KarisaI should mention too, that I have tried inputting my purchase code I received from enfold theme purchase. It gives me this:
“Your purchase code appears to be invalid. Please take special care to enter it correctly without accidentally including spaces or other additional characters. Please note, you can’t activate LayerSlider with your theme’s purchase code. This also can be a temporary issue in our services. In that case please try it again in a few hours.”

The purchase code you have is only valid for Enfold and not for the bundled layerslider plugin.
If you want to unlock those premium features you would need to purchase the layerslider plugin in themeforest.
You should still be able to use layerslider properly and can import free templates except for those premium features.Best regards,
NikkoThank you for your reply. I have tried importing the free templates but it seems to get stuck on the importing screen. It says “importing please wait” and never finishes. If you log in you can see what I’m talking about. Also, none of the sliders in the theme work. They are all broken. Please help.

KarisaThanks Victoria, that worked! I enabled phpzip and fixed the max upload limits. Now the sliders show up just fine on the website.
