Hello
Layerslider is messed up. Buttons look ok in the editor: https://dns.d.pr/1bUL4B/tv75UJYkRL
But they are cropped in the public area: https://dns.d.pr/VPXtgO/MB1MSd7tcQI tried to re-edit the slider, republish it but the problem persists in all browsers I tried.
Any idea what this can be?
January 4, 2022 at 7:23 am #1334145Hey sitesme,
Thank you for the inquiry.
It might be due to a custom css that limits the button or element width. Please post the site URL in the private field so that we can inspect the elements.
Best regards,

Please find it below. Thank youJanuary 4, 2022 at 12:24 pm #1334173Hi sitesme,
Thanks for giving us the link to your site.
I have checked it using Windows 11 with Chrome, Edge and Firefox and it seems to be showing properly unlike the one in the screenshot provided, can you try to clear the your browser cache? or try using Chrome in incognito mode?Best regards,
NikkoJanuary 4, 2022 at 2:30 pm #1334206Hi Nikko,
The problem was fixed after disabling the CDN that was enabled through WP Rocket.
Everything was working perfectly fine before. Is there any compatibility with the latest Enfold version?January 5, 2022 at 5:20 am #1334311Hi,
The problem was likely due to caching, please try clearing all caches next time something like this happens.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 5, 2022 at 9:36 am #1334329Hello,
I re-enabled the CDN, and the problem is back. Can you check the homepage, the two buttons on the layerslider?
January 5, 2022 at 9:43 am #1334332Hey,
I just checked your website on Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera but buttons show up fine on my end and assets are loaded via CDN. I attached screenshots in private content field below. I do think this is cache related as well :)

January 5, 2022 at 9:52 am #1334334Thanks @Yigit,
Something is really fishy here…
All my browsers (Firefox, Safari and Chrome) are showing the problem with the buttons (See below in PVT)
If I disable .js files from the CDN, the buttons show fine right away.January 5, 2022 at 12:46 pm #1334350Hi,
We were not able to reproduce the issue on our end either and it looked liked CDN is enabled when we checked. Please check the screenshot in the private field.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 6, 2022 at 8:03 am #1334486Hi @Ismael,
It’s impossible that I am the only one seeing this wrong.
It is the same in 3 different browsers (Safari, Firefox and Chrome), in 2 different machines and 2 different networks.
I also added below a screencast with a browser resizing where the buttons show in full when the screen is small, but they get cropped when it is the normal screen size on desktop. Can someone test this on a Mac device and tell me the results to rule it out?

January 7, 2022 at 3:41 am #1334613Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The screenshot above is actually from Chrome MacOS. Looks like you are checking the site on the same OS based on the screenshot above.
What is the screen resolution of your monitor? Is the browser zoom level set to default (100%)?
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 7, 2022 at 9:03 am #1334657Hi @Ismael,
Thank you for the update as well.
This is really strange then. I am on a MacBook Pro 13″ and set as default 1440×900. I changed it to 1280×800 and the results are the same.
Browser zoom is set to actual size (100%). Oddly… when I zoom in 7 times, the buttons show perfectly fine (but everything is huge obviously).
I really don’t know what else I need to do.
– I ruled out the network (tried 3 different WiFi and mobile hotspot)
– Tried in 2 different machines with different resolutions and always in a private window or incognito mode on 4 different browsersIs there anything else that we can try to find the problem?
Thank you.January 7, 2022 at 1:08 pm #1334669Hi,
Sorry to hear you are having this trouble, but I also was not able to reproduce this error, I tested on a Windows & Mac desktop at 1440×900 & 1280×800, and other sizes & I tried zooming in.
Your screenshot looks like the buttons are getting some sort of max-width, but I’m not sure because I can’t reproduce it.
If you include an admin login perhaps I will see something in the layerslider settings?Best regards,
MikeJanuary 10, 2022 at 4:08 pm #1334956Thank you all for trying here, I think I found the problem.
I was finding very strange that the problem was happening only to me (in different machines) and I also asked a few people to check and they also confirmed the problem.Strangely, it seems it is something wrong with my nearest CDN server (Amazon Cloudfront) because if I turn a VPN to a different country, everything is fine, even on my machines. This is because I am loading the .js files in another server.
So, again, this has to be something related to the CDN. I was driving crazy here.
Thank you all for your help.
