Hi,
I have a layerslider at the top of my home page which is breaking the page. It’s only happened since updating to Enfold 3.8.5 and WP 4.7.2.
The layerslider interface is saying
You have version 5.6.8. The latest version is 6.0.5.
Is there a fix available?
Thanks
Phil
February 3, 2017 at 10:36 am #742311Hi,
An update on this, I enabled error logging on our dev machine and get the following error

February 3, 2017 at 2:22 pm #742360Having investigated further, it looks like the cause is PHP 7.1.0 – I reset my dev server to 7.0.13 and the issue goes away.
Is there any plan for a fix for this soon?
With thanks

Phil
February 4, 2017 at 7:57 am #742691Hi Phil,
Thanks for the constructive feedback. I’m not 100% sure what is going wrong there but we’ve had problems on PHP7.1 like you mentioned. We don’t have a ready version for it yet unfortunately, maybe you could keep using the PHP version you are using now if it’s not too much trouble?
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 4, 2017 at 12:00 pm #742784Hi Rikard,
My default MAMP settings use 7.1. As soon as I changed it back, all good, thanks.
Regards
Phil
