    Hello,
    I bought Enfold theme today and i installed the theme via local. I had install the LayerSlider plugin, at the moment it’s the only plugin active, but when I create a new slide or open one just create, the working pago of the plugin is blank. I cleared the cache and open the theme with another browser but is the same. Can you please help me?

    just to info you mi Enfold version is 5.3.2 and my LayerSlider version is 6.10

    Since your installation is on localhost, could you please post screenshots and show the issue? You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here :)

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. So you have both the bundled version and standalone version of the plugin active? If so then please try to deactivate the standalone plugin, or disable the bundled version under Enfold->Layout Builder.

    Hello,
    Thanks for your advise, I have only the bundle version included in Enfold theme. Probably I did something wrong during the installation. It was very fast i saw the plugin active with a key license but not working (with a blank windows) and then i refresh the page and saw with no key license and also not working. Could i do the installation of the plugin another time? In case, how can i do it?

    Hi,

    Bundled version should not show up in plugins list. Could you please try de-activating it in plugins list and check if that helps? If it does not, please re-install the theme. Check your PHP version and upgrade it if it is older than 7.x. Try de-activating all active plugins.

    If none of the above helps, please create a testing environment and share logins details in private content field so we can look into it.
