Hi, I hope you could help me.
If you take a look at my site you will see that layerslider in homepage works fine in all browsers except internet explorer.
The matter is that my customer uses explorer on his pc! :(When you load the home page you will see that it doesn’t load the three images but just some of them and if you refresh it loads everytime in a different way and that is going me crazy!
Can you help me?
I’ve already tried to deactivate all plugins and it still act like that.
P.S.
A side question:
Is it possible to add an option to put the Secondary menu in the main header on the right side like the social_icons?- This topic was modified 10 years, 3 months ago by maxmanner.

September 11, 2014 at 2:10 pm #317378Hey!
1- You are currently not using the latest version of Enfold. Please update the theme to the latest version 2.9.2 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
New version comes with updated version of LayerSlider
2- Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab and adjust the position as needednav.sub_menu { position: relative; top: 100px; left: 40px; }
Best regards,

September 12, 2014 at 7:09 am #317887Hi!
I just checked the site using IE11 emulation tool to check the site on IE8. The 3 images show up fine. Maybe the client’s browser is running on compatibility mode.
Cheers!
IsmaelSeptember 16, 2014 at 2:57 pm #319893Hi, I’m sorry but I’m still having the same problem and my customer is definitely not happy!
I tried all I could imagine but layerslider still doesn’t work on IE.
Do I have to change my slider?
I hope you will answer asap, I have to tell something to my costumer.
Regards
MaxSeptember 19, 2014 at 3:53 am #321640Hi!
I’m getting an error with Magic Zoom when viewing the site. Not sure if there is a conflict there but it would be the first thing I would try deactivating to see if that is the root cause.
Cheers!
DevinSeptember 20, 2014 at 11:07 am #322298It has been the first plugin I deactivated when I got this trouble but nothing changed.
September 23, 2014 at 11:45 am #323593Ok, this is my last attempt, I’d like to have some support if you can because I purchased your theme to make it easyer but It seems that it doesn’t work on IE.
If you take a look at http://www.stamerramadeinitaly.it using IE youìll see that the 3 images won’t show… sometimes you will see two of them, sometimes one and sometimes none of them.
It’ about two weeks since I looked for a solution but nothing came on my mind.
Thank you very much, I hope you will fix it, otherwise I think I’ll have to change my theme.

You’re using Enfold version 2.9.2. Please upgrade to WordPress 4.0. Can you please give us access to the plugins? We would like to deactivate the plugins while working on the site, if that’s alright.
