hi Everybody, grat theme
I’ve a problem with LayerSlider… I’ve upgrade everything WP 4.5 Enfold 3.5.2 , i’m using child team. I use as performance plug-in W3TC and it works together to Coud Flare… Now since i used theme my lyerslider on desktop dosen’t work anymore, while on mobile as ipad and iphone layerslider works perfectly…. what can i do? what’s happened?

Hi UpDate…. two other issues in addiction to the above
1) I found another issu… this time on mobile (iPhone) Some images don’t appear .
2) I’ve trouble to load my site on my iPhone, i mean when i load it for the first time everything goes right, when i reload the same page (home), it doesn’t refreshi don’t understand what it’s happening, Please Help

Yes, I have to tell you one thing before, i uninstall both plug-in : W3TC and ClaudFlare and i reinstalled WP SuperCache, and now LayerSlaider works. But i missed some images just on iphone device and not on desktop. Why?
On iphone it’s practically impossible load the site, it really takes long time. Why?
How can i improve my site if i can’t use Manify plug-in?sorry i’m really upset… please i need help to understand

In addition I can’t understand why just 2-3 images are not seen just on iphone, in the media library and on the site, instead on desktop images are where they have to beplease i need an explanation and help

Great you found out the conflicting plugin and got the layer slider issue srted.
To check for improvements on the site first enable your site for public viewing and then run a test on https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.studiopsicologoverona.it%2F&tab=desktop
We will surely help you with the missing images please let us know which ones are missing and if possible provide us a screenshot of the issue on the iphone with comparison on desktop where you see the images.
After you have made any changes disable caching plugins and please do a hard refresh by press Ctrl + Shift + i to open the Chrome Dev Tools then hold down Ctrl and click on the Reload button.

I did it.
this the code of two images i saw using chrome inspector.

I did a little check and i’ve noted that that %CC%80 there is only in these two images, not in the others of section i’ve checked…i don’t know if it’s a matter or it’s indifferent.
I have to tell 4 things.
1) I tried to delate those images from library and delate cache and to make hard refresh, than i upload them again from my desktop (mac) but nothing change.
2) if i put those 2 images in other places inside my pages, they don’t work, i can’t see them
3) if i put other 2 images i have in library without changing name of images these other two different images work.
4) if i delete them from library, and than i upload two other different images from my Mac and nothing change, on mobile devices i’m not able to see themThis 3 things i told heppend only on mobile divices (iphone, ipad), i don’t know on android or windows phone. On desktop (mac using chrome i haven’t problem) i put some screenshot. the first 2 are desktop view, there are 2 different colored arrow. because the red one indicates the same image in different place of the site. The second 2 images are ipad view.

Hi, i confirm, on android divece and desktop no problem with any images on iphone and ipad can’t still see those images

Hi, we are having similar issues here.
It looks like some images and slides don’t show up properly on iPhone and on some versions of Internet Explorer.
This happened after the latest WordPress + Enfold Update.
Actually, if you only updated WordPress and NOT Enfold, you couldn’t see images at all (on any device).
Updating Enfold too seemed to solve it, but it looks like there are other related isues.Hi , I solved problem with LayerSlaider, but i still have the other problem i described above, i’m waiting for someone of the team kriesi can hekp me because i can’t solved it. My theme is update , my WP is 4.5 version … Doesn’t matter. I tried to do everything. Hard resfresh , delate cache…everything and only on ipad and iphone . I know moderator are really busy, i wait for their help when the can.

refrain from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and marks it as answered and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.
Sounds to me as a caching and/or cloudflare problem, so go into plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Deactivate this and all other plugins. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Make sure to deactivate your cloudlfare service completely.
Check if you have got this issue when activating a default WP theme as well and let us know about your results.
