    Is it not possible to use the Layered Slider with a sidebar? When I tried – the slider made the sidebar drop down below.

    Is there an alternative to something like Layered Slider that will work with sidebars?

    Hey Slade!

    Not possible right now, as an alternative you could try mimicking the sidebar by using Widget Area elements.
