Dear Enfold-team,
We have moved our page from one domain (test) to another (live) but we can get our front page LayerSlider WP to work. Actually the LayerSlider seems to cause that the front page doesn’t load (but only the top menu). On mobile units nothing but the logo and the top header loads (but no mobile menu)
Can you please inform what to do?
Please see link to page with “broken” LayerSlider in the private content section.
Best regards
Peter

January 9, 2017 at 2:09 pm #731129Hi,
Thanks for the login details, I’m not sure what going wrong there, there are no error messages at all it seems. Nothing is rendered on the the page if the Layer Slider is present, but all content seems to display fine once it’s removed. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 11, 2017 at 2:32 pm #732062Hi – Im having the same issue – everythings works until layered slider in on page – page render breaks – only menu shows. Did a fresh re-upload through FTP – didn’t help. Any news on this issue ?
January 11, 2017 at 2:42 pm #732065Hi,
We also tried re-freshing the installation, but unsuccessfully.
As soon as the LayerSlider is inserted into a page the page content does not load at all (only the menus and headers)January 12, 2017 at 7:55 am #732519Hi!
1. Please uninstall the LayerSlider by adding the code mentioned in this link http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/deactivate-the-layerslider-plugin/
2. Access the LayerSlider folder via FTP in wp-content\themes\enfold\config-layerslider
3. Delete all the layerSlider files and download a fresh copy of the theme files from themeforest and upload only the Layer Slider files to the same location.
4. Re-activate the Layer Slider by removing the code from functions.php file.
Please let us know if this helps.

VinayJanuary 12, 2017 at 1:22 pm #732631Hey!
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to downgrade PHP version from 7.1.0 to 7.0.x and that should help.
We have informed our devs regarding the issue.Best regards,
YigitMarch 2, 2017 at 10:07 pm #754641Hi
We are still having this problem with 4.0.2. I tried installing a new version manually from themeforest with no luck. I had to revert to an older version of the theme. Could you please let us know when this is resolved?
Thanks very much”
