    Hello,

    I have updated my Enfold to the newest version via FTP upload. Now I can no longer edit the existing layer slides. When I click a slide and want to edit, I just get a white screen instead of the editor.
    I disabled and reactivated the theme already but it doesn’t help.

    Any Ideas?

    Hey carlectra!

    Please try deactivating all active plugins as well and check if that helps. Can you also post the link to your website so we can take a look? We may need a temporary admin login too

    Please try updating config-layerslider folder inside wp-content\themes\enfold folder via FTP once again

    I uloaded the folder again, but it still does not work.
    Another problem is that I can not export the Slides.

    It seems like some important files from the LayerSlider plugin are missing. The browser outputs some 404 – not found errors:

    Please use ftp to check if the files exist on your server and if not please update/upload them manually.

    You’re right – the files do not exist on the ftp. But the files do not exist in the enfold package from themeforest, too. Please take a look at the screenshot below. I just downloaded the whole package.
    The folders are not included.
    /enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/js/
    /enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/css
