    Hi,
    You can see here the video works on the main layer slider.
    But not on mobile devices, even if we click on it.
    How to fix it please ?

    What is the login url? I’ve tried “wp-admin” and “wp-login” but both paths lead to a 404 or maintenance page.

    Where is that screenshot taken? What is the actual model of the device and the browser? The device or browser probably doesn’t support mp4 videos. Did you test it on iOS devices?

    no, the website is maintenance mode. we need to fix this very point in order to release it online.

    i don’t know wich old website you are talking about.
    One more time : NO, we can’t disable the maintenance mode.
    You have all the codes to see the website. You can use the padlock on the right (maintenance page), or, connect to dashboard, and then come on frontend.
    It’s very urgent we need to fix it as soon as possible please.

    Hi,

    I probably visited a different site. Sorry about that. Anyway, I managed to access the site and can confirm the issue now, but I’m not sure why the video is not playing. Please replace the layer slider with the theme’s Full Screen Slider or Color Section element. Set the video as background and then add a fall back image. The fall back image will display in place of the video on mobile view. That’s the only thing that I can suggest for now.

    Hi,

    I created a test page as an example. (see private field)
    I also added the following css code to change the background color of the media container because the video won’t stretch as it doesn’t meet the required aspect ratio of 16:9.

    problem not fixed at all, why did you create another element fullscreen insteed of the slider ?
    and even that way, video doesn’t play on mobile

    We understand your frustration. However, please note that you are on a public forum and such language are not going to be tolerated. I already informed you, a number of times, that I couldn’t find the issue. I also provided a workaround with the full screen slider, which displays a video on desktop and falls back to an image on mobile view.
