    Hi guys
    I’m working with Enfold 4.5.2 on WP 5.0.3.
    Unfortunately the Advanced Layer Slider is not visible on my website.
    I have created it several times, tried to import other Layer Sliders, emptied the cache – but the “Layer Slider” is never visible. There is always a blank white area.
    Do you have any idea how to solve this?

    Hey easypix,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    https://cl.ly/66e1f155b95a You need to check the option to use Classic editor in the Theme options. Layer Slider has not been updated to work with Gutenberg.

    I use slideshow Element “volle Breite” and slides wont shown when refreshing page but showing control elements? How to solve this.

    Hi Victoria,

    thanks for your answer but I’m afraid that’s not the problem.
    It doesn’t change anything.
    I have another Enfold website running with the same versions and there the Layer Slider works.
    It must be another problem.

    Hi Victoria!
    Sorry, you were right!

    I just had to delete the slider to create it completely again, then it worked.
    I just had to test it properly!! ;)
    I don’t know why this works differently from my other website but it doesn’t matter.
