    Hello,

    Please look at this page:
    https://www.caemklerks.com/van-caem-luxury-lifestyle/

    If you look at the page in Google Chrome the text only shows up when you click one time or scroll one time below.
    Please look at this screen how it looks when it’s not correct:

    This is how it should look:

    Hi Groeier!!

    upgrade to Enfold v.3.2.3. and try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi Jeen!

    You may have reached download limit – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821300-Download-Limit-Reached
    It only mentions 20 times in 24 hours but as far as i know there is a 50 times limit in general. Please contact Envato support here – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new if you cannot find Enfold under downloads section on your profile. Since all purchase and download processes are handled by them, there is not much we can do

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    No that can be it.
    I always look at this page:

    http://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990

    To see what the changes are… so I never tried downloading, since I didn’t saw the new version…
    When comes the change log online?

    Hi!

    Could you try to clear your browser cache? This is what I’m seeing on my end using latest version of Chrome: http://imgur.com/DXaSPhO

    Hello Rikard,

    I’ve cleaned the cache and tried it again but still no luck.
    I’ve checked it on 3 different machines but I still get the blank slider…

    Hi!

    The text display instantly on first load. I didn’t have to click it. Tested on Chrome, Windows 7. Which browser are you using?

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Hello Ismael,

    I’m using Chrome version 43.0.2357.134 m
    This is te latest version. I’m using Windows 8. Maybe that has something to do with it,
    although the customer uses Windows 7 and has the same problems….

    Hi!

    I really can’t reproduce the issue. The text displays a bit delayed on a few refresh but I didn’t have to click anything for it to display. I can see the same thing as Rikard’s screenshot. Please wait for the browser to fully load the page.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello Ismael,

    I understand the issue. Thanks for trying to help me.
    I looked again and tried what you said. The pages loads fine and sometimes I get the text,
    but sometimes it still now showing.

    Please look at this:

    On the moment I can’t see the text I opened the browser and saw this code:

    <p class=”ls-l” style=”top: 220.034375px; left: 243.821875px; white-space: nowrap; width: auto; height: auto; font-size: 11.89375px; line-height: 12.637109375px; padding: 0px; border-width: 0px; visibility: hidden;” data-ls=”offsetxin:0;durationin:0;fadein:false;offsetxout:0;durationout:0;fadeout:false;”><span style=”color:#ffffff; line-height:1.6em; text-transform: uppercase; font-size:2.5em; font-family: Adobe Garamond Pro;”>The most finest wines, from a host <br> of destinations, supplied by the experts <br> since 1965. Celebrate success <br> with Klerks Fine Wines </span></p>

    This is the code that supose to show the text. You can see the inline CSS is standing on visibility hidden.
    When I change this to block; the text shows up just nice… so it hangs on that part of code.
    I’m curtain that the page was fully loaded… maybe this will help you to understand what happens?

    Hi,

    I got the same error now on the first slide, it displaying correctly when switching to the next slide though. Maybe something like this could help?

    p.ls-l {
    visibility:visible !important;
    }

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello Rikard,

    It looks that way! I’ve added the CSS and now everything seems to work fine.
    Thanks!
