Dear customer support,
can’t understand why but using the bundled layer slider in the home page, the slides blinks white before going to the next.
I tried all the transitions (i see them blinking also in the thumb preview) but nothings change. So i made some research and i found some topic on this forum, you advice to write:
.ls-bg {
opacity: 1 !important;
}into rapid css.
I put the code and saved. this yesterday was working for a while, today is blinking again, but any other change was made from yesterday until today. I tried to empty cache etc. and to try various performance compression options in the performance tab, nothing change.It’s pretty annoying to have this slides blinking under your eyes, makes you crazy in a while.
Enfold is up to date.

From the previous message, i just activated some css and javascript compression in the performance tab, because the website was slow, but on gtmetrix not all the purpose was of the images, now it’s pretty fast.

Also the website sometimes got problem in load, any page, also admin side, i need to refresh, refresh, and then go…that’s strange but could be another problem/topic

The slides’ Slide Options > Slide Transition is currently set to “Fading tiles cols-reverse”. You can select another transition.

This is not a question of which effect of what kind, any of this i select the slide blink annoyingly white before changing the slide, you can select any effects, the blink remains, and it is so far from the smooth transitions you can get with a layer slide.

Yeah, you’re right. Changing the slide transition doesn’t fix it. I also tried to deactivate the plugins, set the slide timing to 0 and disable the theme’s file compression but nothing worked. Did you add any modifications that we don’t know of?

IsmaelHi Ismael, all the modifications are css modifications and can be found into the rapid css section, the only one related to layer slider i added is:
.ls-bg {
opacity: 1 !important;
}but seems not working.
On their support, they said that maybe some preloader can cause the issue, i tried to deactivate the preloader (the theme’s one) but nothings change.

One of my teammates transferred your slider to his localhost but he couldn’t reproduce the issue so there’s something in your installation, perhaps a plugin or a server configuration, that is causing the issue. What is the current PHP version?

IsmaelHi Ismael, as i wrote i tried also to overwrite the entire enfold folder, without any success.

to solve the problem i just bought a LayerSlide plugin, so i can get their support. What is happening now is that i’m not able to disable the bundled plugin and install the one just bought.
The bundled plugin does not get the activation code from codecanyon, can’t find the folder so i disabled it from the layout builder options. once done, i uploaded the layer slider folder into the plugin folder, but i can’t see it into the plugin page to activate.any help?
Sorry i just made a mistake buying the plugin, that’s why the activation code was not working. I opened a ticket on Kreatura support website, let’s see if they can solve this.
