    Ok i’m not having much luck. I can find the htaccess folder but not the file. I have no idea where to put the code. I know my provider will play games if I ask, because they always do. I guess this won’t get done now.

    These are the ones I posted earlier in the thread. Just be sure to choose hosting manager not account manager or it won’t work.

    Hi,

    We successfully added the directives in the .htaccess file but it’s causing an internal server error. You are probably not allowed to increase those values. Please contact your hosting provider regarding the issue. Give them a screenshot of the layer slider’s status report.
