    Hi, After I upgraded to the latest version of Enfold the preview of my layer slider disappeared. I have the latest 3.1.3 version of Enfold. Already tried disabling all plugins but no luck there. Any help will be much appreciated.

    Just did that. Downloaded the latest version from Themeforest and uploaded it via FTP
    The problem is the same. You can take a look. I have given you login details.

    Hi!

    I’m sorry for the delay. From what version of the theme did you update? Looks like there are javascript errors in the layer slider panel. Please try to deactivate all plugins then test it again on another browser or computer.

    Can’t remember. Think it was the previous version as I update regularly. Disabled all plugins and tested either in Chrome and Mozilla. The problem stays the same – no preview! Please advise what to do. P.S. I have Enflod installed on another site which is still with 3.0.4 version of Enfold and the LayerSlider has preview there.

    Hi, just made an experiment. Created a new subdomain and installed the latest version of Enfold there. At first the Layerslider had priview and was working just fine. Once I started installing additional plugins and installed Duplicator the priview disappeared. I deleted the plugin but the priview is still missing. The thing is that I have Duplicator installed on all my other sites with Enfold and it is working without problems there exept for two sites where I dont have preview for the slider. Any ideas what can cause that?

    Hey!

    So.. you transferred the website using the Duplicator plugin? Or the preview instantly disappeared when you activate the plugin? Try to export the sliders with the correct preview before activating the duplicator plugin. After the export, activate the plugin then import the sliders back.

    Yes the preview dispappeares right after I activated the plugin. The funny part is that on another site of mine I have that plugin and it works without any problems with Enfold and LayerSlider but the version of Enfold is 3.0.8 there. I will try what you suggest but have to finish the slider first so I do have a preview.
