I realize Enfold have Layer Slider, an amazing image slider controller. I use it and want to know how to overlay entire background Images. Like this one, the white text stand on the image overlayed and the second is another text block stand on this image:
Anyone have that experience please give me more solution.
Thank youDecember 18, 2018 at 1:40 pm #1046850this image you see as background – is not a “slide background image” on top of the slide input.
- This is an image layer on the bottom of the first slide !
- On Transitions you can choose on opening transition on “other settings” : Keep this layer visible: Forever (the layer will never animate out).
- From now on you have on each new slide “Static Layers from other slides”
Thats the trick !
PS: this is a fullwidth slider you have linked to !

Thank you for using Enfold.
The box overlay is comprised of an html layer with white background and on top that layer is a transparent image layer, some text layer and an html button.

IsmaelDecember 20, 2018 at 7:00 pm #1047867yes, that’s right – but that’s the behavior of the standard level – and I think she/he knows that.
But – I don’t know if the above is a new feature – it was definitely missing on earlier versions. Now this “background” described above is not reloaded every time a slide changes. These “static” layers are not animated between slide changes (only at the starting point of the slider).
This was also new for me. And used in the kitchen slider.December 21, 2018 at 5:30 am #1048032Hi,
You can keep a layer inside the canvas in the Transitions > Other Settings > Keep this layer panel. Set it to “forever”. So in the demo, it’s probably a background layer set not to transition out of the slider.
Best regards,

August 18, 2019 at 12:25 am #1128527Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, yes you can, it is only a matter of using a video instead of an image. Please see the LayerSlider documentation here.Best regards,
