    My Layer Slider WP is only loading in Safari, and will not load in Chrome or Forefox. I am up to date on everything, any input would be much appreciated.

    Hey darthgunner!

    Have you tried disabling all your plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    Hi Josue,

    I have tried disabling all of the plugins and that has not helped. As I mentioned, it works perfectly in safari, and I have also tried loading new layer sliders, but to no avail.

    Hi!

    Can you please post the login details here? Please go to wp-content/plugins and delete all unnecessary folders that you don’t use. Deactivate all plugins then edit the LayerSlider slideshow and save changes.

    All of your plugins are running. Please try to deactivate them first. Please download 2.4 and update your theme files.

    They were disabled until a few minutes ago, I had to show the site to the customer. I will disable them now for a couple hours; they are currently disabled. Thank you.

    Hi!

    Don’t use tif files for your images. Keep them to either jpeg or png files and you should be fine.
