    My Layer Slider on my home page is not working properly. this happened out of the blue with no changes having been made to the theme or any plugins.The slider loads, but there is just a spinning wheel, no images show.

    Is this a known issue. I see there is a new issue of the Layer Slider standalone plugin available, but how would I install that and get rid of the installation that is contained within the Enfold Theme? I don’t see a way to do that? Please help!

    Hey mfabes,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    There are a few script and stylesheet errors related to the layer slider. Did you enable the css/js compression in the Enfold > Performance panel? Please disable that temporarily along with the plugins.

    Those were already disabled. Problem still exists. What plugins are you speaking about?

    Hi Mike,

    I don’t see the Layer Slider there, did you remove it? Can you please make a test page with the Layer Slider and give us credentials to check?

    Hi,

    The slider works when the plugins are deactivated. Please deactivate the plugins and then activate them one at a time to find the cause of the issue.

    ok, thank you. It always worked before and I did not add any plugins since it was working, but i’ll figure out from there then. have a good day.
