    I went to update some slides on my Layer Slider that came with Enfold theme and this is the message I get:

    “An update is available for LayerSlider WP!

    You have version 5.6.8. The latest version is 6.0.5.
    New releases contain new features, bug fixes and various improvements across the entire plugin. Set up auto-updates to upgrade to this new version, or request it from the author of your theme if you’ve received LayerSlider from them. Click here to learn more.”

    When I click to learn more, I find out that it has to be updated through the theme.

    The slider backend isn’t coming up correctly to where I can make the necessary changes. Will Enfold be updating their version of Layer Slider anytime REALLY soon? We need the slides updated this week or I will be forced to used something else. Very frustrating…

    Hey smallbizva,

    You cannot update the Layer Slider since it’s bundled with the theme, there will be an updated version in the next release of the theme.

    Please post admin login details in private so that we can have a look at the problem.
