    Hi,

I have tried all solutions given earlier in the forum.

    1. changing the slider_markup_init.php file.
    2. deactivating all the plugins.

No slider is visible after manual update to ENfold 3.1.5

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey shaon94!

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details here as a private reply.

You could try to overwrite all theme files manually via FTP with a fresh copy from Themeforest to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Cheers!

    Hey!

When trying to log in I get this error message: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. There’s something not right with your installation, did you try my suggestion to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

I have tried with fresh installation. I have tried to fix woocommerce by resetting the database which caused temporary crash. I have backed up the database again. Can you please try again.

    Thanks,

    Hi!

Ok I got in now, but there’s definitely something going on with your site and I’m thinking it’s one of your plugins, could you try to deactivate them all to see if that helps? Be sure to clear the cache from the caching plugin too.

    Regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

Just deactivated all the plugins except woocommerce. Still woocommerce is not not responding.

    Thanks,

    Hi!

I’m not sure I understand what you mean by it not responding? I had a look in the backend and it seems to be normal there as well as on the frontend. What exactly is not working as expected?

    Regards,

The problem is I can’t edit any product item, can’t change feature image, can’t edit permalinks etc. Also this is happens for adding new item as well. whenever I switch to other theme it works.

    Hey!

Ok I see, are we allowed to deactivate plugins for testing purposes?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey!

Thanks, didn’t seem to make much difference though. Could you try to overwrite your theme files with a fresh copy from Themeforest via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Cheers!
