Our client has recently gone live with the ecommerce site we built for them using Enfold. All was working well then they edited one of the sliders in Layer Slider and now none of the sliders appear on mobile (definitely not on iPhone, possibly visible on some android). Instead of the slider we get a large white space. The slider appears OK on Responsinator but not on the mobile itself.
We are using a child theme. I tried reverting to the standard Enfold theme and the slider appears again but goes once returning to the child theme.
The site is live and active as an ecommerce site so it is difficult to test any changes through the day and we can only attempt corrections at night when activity is low.
Any suggestions you may have would be very welcome.
Thanks

We have updated WP and plugins to the latest version and still have exactly the same issues. Could you please investigate further.
Thanks

VictoriaOctober 21, 2019 at 11:51 pm #1150002Hi there,
I tested it with Recaptcha disabled and then reloaded the Recaptcha keys which no longer seem to be giving the error message. In both cases, I still have the same error with the slider on mobile. Do you have any other ideas? Thanks

PaulOctober 30, 2019 at 3:53 pm #1152394Hi,
Sorry for the late reply!
I replaced /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file with this one – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js and that fixed the issue.
Fix will be included in upcoming update. Please review your website :)Best regards,
