    I have made a new layer slider and tested it with the sliders that comes with the theme, none of them is showing up on front end. It is quite urgent to get them fixed. Please help me ASAP.

    Hi malkoin!

    I logged in and checked your themes but you did not have Enfold uploaded to your theme folder. We do not give support for other themes so you will need to contact the author of that theme for support.

    EDIT: Sorry, just realized it’s a highly customized version of Enfold. I couldn’t figure out which version it is though. Try completely deleting it from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. After doing that just activate Enfold instead of your child theme. Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.

    Hi Elliott, please check it now. I have uploaded a latest version of enfold theme from themeforest, still layerslider is not showing up on the home page. WHen I go to layer slider and clicks preview, it shows the preview, but it doesnt show the slider on homepage.

    Hi!

    Enfold is not activated in your backend and you are using another theme instead. If you still need help with Enfold then please activate it so we can inspect what’s going on with your layerslider.

    Hey!

    Do you mind if we activate Enfold to look into the issue?
    I noticed that you are using one older version of Enfold. Please update it to the latest version 3.1.3 and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    I am thinking possible issues, that is all. I did not ask you to update the theme to waste your time or save time for ourselves to think ‘something else’.     I wanted to check if you updated the theme, but login credentials are not working.

    Edit: Thought it may not be clear. If you do not mind uploading the latest version of Enfold to your server and post FTP credentials we can update the theme for you.

    Hi!
    I’m having the same problem as malkoin. My Layerslider suddenly stopped showing up on my front-end. The only thing I had done beforehand was update a couple of plugins. So I then tried upgrading WordPress, Enfold, and deactivating all plugins, but Layerslider was still not showing up. I’ve been playing around with it, in hopes of narrowing down the problem, and found that if I make a new layerslider with a different name, it will show up on other pages within my site, but still not the homepage. If I try to rename it to the original slide, it won’t show up on any of the pages. The other sliders included with the theme are working fine.

    I will provide my login and maybe you can find the common issue that’s affecting both our sites.

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and then flushing cache and refreshing your page a few times once again?

    Hey thanks Yigit!

    I went in and deactivated all the plugins, cleared the cache and refreshed. Layerslider on the sample page is gone. Are the plugin errors what’s causing layerslider to not work properly?

    Hi! I just updated to the latest WP and Enfold and that did the trick for me. Everything is working again! Thanks for your help!
